Injector O-ring Retainer Removal

There are a few methods for removing the molded o-ring retainer found on all Injector Dynamics injectors, but this method of trimming it off is what we recommend.  Be mindful of the stainless body and lip the that o-ring retainer is on while trimming as you only want to cut the plastic portion of the retainer, not the injector body itself.

Please note that once this o-ring retainer is removed it can not be put back on. This modification should only be performed if instructed by Injector Dynamics as necessary and catastrophic engine damage can occur if performed on the wrong application.
